HARUM Bitter 24

Our journey…..

The journey of HARUM spirits started in the winter of 2018 in the Carpathian Mountains with the purpose of elaborating a natural bitter liqueur for us and our best friends.
Our ambitions have gone beyond the simple idea of making a great bitter liqueur. Our goal was to be an antidote to the industry norm. And as we continue this journey, we discover that the more we learn, the more we know we need to do. Our theories and experience, merged with intimate natural familiar tastes, make up the  HARUM Bitter 24 today.

Predeal

What we believe…

We believe the soul of a spirit comes from the intention with which it is created and the attention along with the quality of the natural ingrediencies.
We believe in the passionate people who work close to us.
We believe that there are too many heavy fancy bottles wasting resources and end up as trash.
We believe our HARUM always must create a shock – the shock of the new, combined with the shock of the intimately familiar.
This is only possible if we deal irreverently with the beverage industry. This is one project to break boundaries.
We challenge preconceptions of what constitutes quality bitters and our attitude is not submitted to sales or market needs.
We continue to rebel against the staid world of soulless industrial spirits.
Here, we work with perseverance, tenacity and for always going against the current.

Info

An introduction and an attempt to provide information to all those that are interested.
Our journey with HARUM started during Christmas holidays in the Carpathian Mountains near Predeal when we had time to contemplate, calm down, walk in the woods and commune with nature.
It took us almost three years to elaborate the B24 recipe – for a complex natural bitter that smells and tastes perfect for us – simply because we love flavors and bitters and do not understand why we should learn new flavors and forget the natural familiar ones.
We seeked to create the most natural, thought-provoking and enjoyable spirit possible.
HARUM is a project for our souls. We believe in asking questions, in moving forward regardless of industry convention or the status quo.
Now we produce small batches and bottle by hand in Austria and use just a lot of natural ingredients.
We are not administrators of nature and accept the transcience of their flavors, therefore each batch of our HARUM Bitter 24 will, by nature, be unique and subtly different.
But we are still driven by infinite curiosity and our dedication to craft and to our mission to create pathways for natural flavors.

For updates of the coming release and product inquiries use the links in the contact field below.
We love our clients but will never be able to serve all and apologize for delays.

Stress kills, enjoy the nature, respect your neighbors and drink responsible.
